Online bookings are done using Square. The link is below. If you do not see an appointment you are looking for, please email firstname.lastname@example.org to inquire about specific dates and times you need, but do not see online.
A credit card is required for all bookings. You must allow your credit card to be stored on file in order for the requested appointment to be accepted. Once accepted, your card will be charged a non-refundable retainer fee of 50% of the service fee to hold your spot. Credit card fees may be charged as well, up to 3%.
Retainer fee is a final payment which means non-refundable.

If you need to reschedule your appointment, you are allowed 1 reschedule as long as a notice is sent 24 hours (1 day) prior to your appointment. One reschedule per service (within reason).
The retainer fee you paid (50% of service fee) will be transferred to the new appointment date.
If you request to reschedule with less than a 24 hour warning, you will forfeit the retainer fee (50% of service fee) and if you decide to re-book, a new retainer fee is required.
If you decide to cancel, You will forfeit the retainer fee as it is a final payment. No call, no show appointments will be charged 100% of the service fee, no exceptions.
