How To Prepare For Your Brow Procedure

Are you a candidate?

*Must 18+ years old

*Must not be pregnant or nursing 

*Must not be sick - cold, flu, etc.

*Must not have any type of viral/blood infections.

*Must have stopped using Accutane for at least 1 year 

*Must have stoped using Retin-A for at least 1 month

*Must have stopped using Vitamin A for at least 1 month

*Must not have an autoimmune disease such as Lupus

*Must not have trichotilomania 

*Must stop Botox for at least 3 weeks prior to procedure

*Must not be prone to Keloid scarring

* Must not be prone to hyper pigmentation.

*Must not be taking blood thinners such as fish oil, vitamin E, Aspirin, Ibuprofen 3-7 days before procedure.

*Must not consume alcohol or caffeine 24 hours before procedure.

*Must be aware that various supplements can cause more bleeding. You sign off knowing there are no guarantees of color staying or promises of a normal healing process.


MUST consult with your Physician before procedure if:

*You are prone to cold sores/herpes simplex type 1 orally.

*You have had an organ transplant.

*You are Diabetic. Must provide note of approval from your doctor before procedure.

*You are undergoing Chemotherapy.Must provide doctor approval once therapy finishes before this procedure.



If you passed the above requirements, please read on as you are a candidate but must read about possible issues.


If the following conditions conditions apply to you, you ARE a candidate but the realistic expectation is that you may have more bleeding during the procedure. This means your skin may not retain as much color which results in lighter brows once healed. Excessively oily skin can cause the tattooed hair stroke or pixels to eventually blur together and give off an unwanted solid brow look rather than feathery. 

Pre-existing skin conditions on the face: Eczema, Psoriasis, Keratosis Pilaris, or Dermatitis (Skin is constantly flaking, itching or aggravated)


Chronic Conditions such as severe acne or Rosacea clients. More likely to have bleeding and cause color not to stick as well into the skin.
